Consent to the processing of personal data
By this action, I, acting on my own behalf, voluntarily and without being under any misconception, by checking the box next to the text "I consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy" and clicking the submit button of the completed form or when navigating to a third‑party messenger, hereby give my consent to the following personal data operator: Vostokpromresurs LLC, INN 2 723 182 613 (hereinafter — the "Operator") for the mixed processing, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure, destruction, of the following personal data: name, phone number, for the purpose of clarifying order details received via the website: перевозкагаз.рф/en.
The term of this consent to the processing of personal data begins from the moment it is provided to the Operator and ends when the purposes of processing are achieved, upon receipt of a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, or upon the Operator’s removal from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
This consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Operator with a relevant request via email: vostokpromresurs.khv@gmail.com. In that case, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data, and the personal data shall be destroyed unless there are other legal grounds for processing established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
